Sugared Nuts Recipe
Sugared Nuts

- 1 lb nuts (mixed or one type - pecans work great)
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 t salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg white lightly until frothy. Stir in the nuts to coat. Then add the remaining ingredients, toss to coat the nuts with all the mixture.
Spread the nuts on a greased cookie sheet (or use non-stick foil) and bake 45 minutes, stirring the mixture every 15 minutes.
Cool and serve immediately, or store in an airtight containter.
